If the answer is "Yes" and "Ja", then we are looking for you to work as a telephone operator for dispatching.

Everyday truck drivers are on the road, delivering important goods without a problem.

But when there is something wrong with their truck and they can't do their job, they call you.

You have to try to help them as efficiently as possible.

How? By contacting a local garage for example so the truck will be fixed as soon as possible.

This company works with a unique system so truck drivers can be helped in their own language.

That is why at the moment we are looking for someone who speaks German and English.

To do this job properly there will be a learning period of 6 to 8 weeks. You will be taught how to help people as best as possible.

In this period you will be working in a dayshift starting at 8:00.

Afterwards you will be assigned to nightshifts.

Jouw profiel

• You are fluent in German & English.
• Since you will be working in a multilingual environment, English is the language in which your co-workers will communicate with you.

  You will also take notes in English so your colleagues can follow up when your shift ends.

• Your computerskills are on point.
• If you have any experience or knowledge about cars, tyres, the automotive world, .. That's great!
• Since this a unique job, no previous experience is needed.
• You live in or close to Hasselt.

  Public transportation is not an option.

• Zich voorstellen aan de telefoon
  De identiteit en de gegevens van de gesprekspartner controleren (klantnummer, adres, ...)
• Het doel van de oproep kenbaar maken of identificeren (bestelling, verkoop, informatie, reclame, bijstand, ...)
• Bijstandsoplossingen uitwerken (pechverhelping, repatriëring, ...)
• Behandelt: Binnenkomende oproepen (consumentendienst, opnemen van bestellingen, bijstand en hulp aan klanten, ...)
• Digitale opvolgingsdocumenten van de oproep invullen
• De klant oriënteren en zijn oproep naar de gepaste gesprekspartner doorschakelen (technicus, verkoper, klantverantwoordelijke, ...)
